Moms with energy?

Are there any moms on here that have no energy at all?? I need help my house is dirty and I just can’t get myself out of this non energy funk I’ve been having 😢 what do you do for energy??

I drink a lot of coffee and watch speed cleaning videos on youtube. 
Then i attack one room and fall asleep lol

Coffee. If I’m having a very run down day I will let things go for a day, and attack them the next. There’s really no science to it. Coffee is just he magic potion that holds us all together.

Every day is different. Some days I have the energy to do it all fueled by coffee and others I just can’t do it. But most days I have the energy just bc I can’t sit still for too long.

Eat a healthy breakfast, chug some coffee, turn on a podcast:the radio and go to town during nap time

when ive felt that way i take a day off. sleep when the kids are sleeping or just relax make an easy meal ans go to bed when the kids go to bed and dont wake up until they do. then the next day i go to town on the cleaning a lot of coffee helps too
