Ear infection help

9 month old had ear infection for 3 days that didn’t go away so we saw her doctor who then prescribed antibiotics. She has been on those for 3 days and the pain is worse and she is not getting better. First ear infection she was prescribed amoxicillin but she’s allergic so this time she was out on azithromycin. I am not interested in why antibiotics are bad or why she should not be on them. I trust her Peditracian. She is screaming in pain still to the point where Tylenol, Motrin, heat nothing helps. She’s digging her fingers into her ears and screaming for hours. Should I take her to urgent care tonight to be seen again or wait 3 days for her pediatrician to be back in the office?
