ABOUT TO PULL MY F-ING HAIR OUT🤯

Please help because I apparently have no freaking clue what I’m doing and I’m so frustrated at this point!!!! Me and DH have been trying for 3 years, have both went seen a FE and were told nothing is wrong with either of us, tried clomid, and have been tracking... now I’ve decided to give opks a try as well because obviously nothing we are doing is getting me pregnant. So I’ve used the opks for 4 days in a row now and I’m just confused at this point. Did ovulate on both day 1 and day 4??? Or just day 4 or just day 1????🤔🤔 why advice would be greatly appreciated and if you have any magic you would like to share that got you pregnant please let me know!!!
