How to explain white privilege?

Question

So on another app I have a woman telling me that saying white privilege exists is racist, because it’s saying that white people are superior than people of colour. According to her it’s dumb to say it exists just because POC have problems, because everybody has problems.
I want to explain to her what white privilege actually is and how it isn’t racist, but I’m not actually sure how to explain it. Could anybody help me out?

2 people apply for the same exact job with the same exact qualifications. White jessica gets the job while black laquinta never even gets a call back just because of her name being of a different decent. Or 2 people, one white and one black, walk intok a store with hoodies on. Everyone thinks the white girl is just cold but also thinks the black girl is trying to rob the place. Just 2 examples off the top of my head. If you have tok break it down and explain it like she is a child then is probably a lost cause though imo.

Look up unpacking the knapsack of privilege and post someone those. But she might be a lost cause. 
People have to be open to acknowledging they didn’t earn everything they have which is hard for people in the US.
