dog is a cockblock

My dog is being super cuddly and needy lately. I cannot figure out why.

Well lately he has been a cockblock. The dh and I normally put him outside during BD time. Hes been refusing to go outside. If DH sneaks into the bedroom and closes the door, he will sit outside the door and wait. While we BD, we occasionally here him whining.

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how what they did to resolve the issue?

He goes to see the vet on the 30th. We live in Indiana, today he couldnt go outside due to the rain.
