Do emergency rooms do emergency laparoscopic surgery

Question

I’d go through specialist but I need a loan, it’s a process and I’m in a lot of pain. 
Can people tell me symptoms you had that made you get a laparoscopy and what was your diagnosis?
I am having a lot of pain in uterus and lower abdomen. None of which I’ve felt before

Laparoscopy is a surgical technique not the actual procedure. 
A laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal) for example would likely be scheduled (not emergent) since gallstones are typically life threatening. 
A laparoscopic appendectomy (removal of appendix) on the other hand may be performed in an emergency situation if your appendix has burst or is about to. Though in those cases they may actually open you up, I honestly don’t know.

Laparoscopic is a term for how surgeons perform surgery through tiny cuts instead of a big long incision.  So, it would depend on what you needed the surgery for.  My 9 year old went to the emergency room for abdominal pains, and had an emergency laparoscopic surgery to take out her inflamed appendix.  But if it wasn't an emergency situation, it might be something you'd have to schedule.

If it's a true emergency they'll do whatever surgery is necessary to help you. Sometimes that's laparoscopic.
