Figuring out insurance

September will be 1 year of ttc. DH and i have discussed, that in September we will go to our doctors to see if there is a medical reason we haven’t conceived yet. I wanted to read our insurance coverage before we ever get to that point. I don’t want to be disappointed at the Dr office due to testing/treatment plans. I’ve attached the insurance policy to this. I’m hoping someone could shed some light. It reads positive, like they will help cover any tests or treatments for involuntary infertility. I would really appreciate y’alls input.
