I am finally starting to get regular-just when I was loosing hope! Went to the doc and she said it looks like I only ovulate 6 times out of the year so I can continue with that or keep trying diet/exercise to fix it.

I ended my period June 18 and on July 4, got a positive ovulation 🎉

My questions:

⭐️ does it mean anything if the next day, my opk was negative?

⭐️ what are my chances if we BD’d on the positive day, the next day, and today? We know that DH has low sperm count & motility. We used preseed.

⭐️ do I have less of a chance if we didn’t bd the day before my positive opk?
