Work relationships

Ive been dating a guy for nearly two years now but we work at the same place (different departments) We were going really great but he hardly pays any attention to me and we stay at eachothers places every night.

I obviously would love this to keep going but i feel like we've lost our spark?

He rarely asks how i am or how mu days been unless he knows ive been ill etc..

I feel like im overeating idk
