I love tattoo's, but I'm currently pregnant before i found out i had an appointment to get a new tattoo this month on the 21st. I have an appointment on the 18th to see how far along i am && see if baby is okay. Is it okay to get a tattoo while pregnant? will it harm the baby? if so i'd rather just wait till baby is born.

No respectable tattoo artist would even consider tattooing a pregnant women and you would normally sign a form at the start that specifically asks if you’re pregnant.
I have 16 tattoos and would never dream of getting one when pregnant, best wait until after to be safe ☺️

Not to scare you and I’m not sure if it caused my miscarriage but I got a tattoo before I found out I was pregnant and I miscarried. My doc saw it when I saw her and asked if it was new and I said yeah unfortunately I didn’t know yet. She wasn’t too happy. Cancel your appointment honey

You shouldn’t get tattooed while pregnant. I found out I was pregnant two days before my appointment and cancelled right away. Your artist will understand and will still be there after you’ve given birth
