Anxiety + new job = help

Hi ladies! So I've struggled w anxiety most of my young life & I've learned to just kind of live w it. (I'm on medication for it along w my depression) & by live w it I mean do what I have to do even if my I feel like I'm choking on my tounge and can't stop trembling. So recently I started a serving job for a pretty well known restaurant & I've only been actually serving for 1 day. The rest where training days and today before work I feel like my heart is about to fly out of my chest along w having chest pains & just a horrible panic attack. Now, what's so scary? I am terrified of making a mistake (I understand we are all human) or just not having a costumer be happy. Annoying my co workers because I need a little help still w the computer (seriously though they're all amazing for how much they've helped me my first day) I'm terrified of just bothering people. I understand you can't please everyone, but I wanna try pretty damn hard to pleasing almost everyone. Any advice before going into work? Self affirmations, exercise or motto you tell your self while having horrible panic attack? I am on a as needed medicine for my anxiety as well as a long term, but I prefer never taking it before work. Thank you loves💋❤
