😭 Crying after sex???

I don’t understand why this happens but i want to know why. After overtime i have sex with my boyfriend who i love dearly and he cums i start to cry. I am a victim of rape on two accounts but that was a very long time ago and i don’t really think about it whenever i have sex. I am also fully consenting to having intercourse but i don’t understand what pushes me to crying immediately afterwards, we have no serious issues in the relationship and it is really bothering me. If you have any ideas i would greatly appreciate it.
