My 3 month old seems to have night terrors, is that normal?

For about the last month my three month old baby seems to have quite a few night terrors. She will start crying out really quick in her sleep or she'll make really sad noises for a little bit. I usually just try to reassure her that I'm there and that help seems to help

. I'm just wondering if that's normal and if anybody else is experienced that?

Mine does the same but it lasts like 5 seconds and then she goes back to sleep

Might actually be trapped wind hun not night terrors.. my little girl does it from time to time it’s normal all 3 of my babies have done it to. I put it down to trap wind she 10wks old.. As night terrors normally start around 3yrs. My youngest son is 4 and actually having night terrors at the mo he wakes up half asleep and doesn’t stop crying..
