How much weight gain second trimester?

How much should I be gaining? 4 weeks since my last appt and I am up 5 pounds.

I gained most of my weight in the second trimester. I think I gained a solid 15 in that 3 month span and my doctor was like, "whoa whoa Jessica, you need to slow that down a bit!" But in hindsight i only gained 26 pounds, hardly enough to be mad about. Only about 5 in the first and 6 in my last trimester.

Same gained 5lbs into my second trimester and I'm so scared how much more I gained When I go to my appointment on Monday 😭
& they're aiming for me to only gain 15lbs
