Trying to lose it

Hi, I'm 16. I'm around 5'3 and I weigh just about 200 lbs. I used to be thin. Now I'm covered in stretch marks and I can't recognize my own face. I've tried doing a gym membership but I can't drive myself and it's very far away. I've tried to go on morning runs, but I'm very stressed academically and sleep deprived as it is. I've tried dieting but nothing seems to show physically. I need to lose 70 pounds to be healthy. I'm worried about the side effects I already have: frail back, constant fatigue, overly sweaty, month(s) late periods, lactose intolerance. At this point, I'm depressed. I feel like my body is working against me. Can anyone comment any advice for me?
