How Long Before A Title?

For people 20 and older, how long have you dated someone before having a talk about being exclusive or putting a title on something? After 8 years of being in two serious relationships I am finally starting

To casually date. For the last 5-6 months I’ve been pursuing different things. One guy I dated exclusively for 2 months but we never put a title on it, I just knew we both agreed to not talk to other people. Things ended and now I am dating two different guys (3 and 4 weeks now) pretty casually. One of them I barely talk to on the daily but when we do get together once a week it’s super fun and we get along and he’s so nice and sweet. The other we talk all day every day and in the last 2.5 to 3 weeks have been on 4 dates and had a few sleepovers and the connection is super unreal and unique. I absolutely adore this second guy and could really see a future with him but this is my first time really dating and not just jumping into a relationship with a guy. What’s the average period of time people usually wait before having this discussion and when should I cut off this other thing with the first guy I see once a week? It feels like he’s starting to just become a distraction for me so that I’m not putting all of my eggs in one basket and don’t fall for the other guy too quickly. I don’t want to lead him on either as he really is a great guy but my feelings have just really started to develop for the second guy. Ahhh help I’m new to dating 😂
