Panic Attack Third Trimester

I'm 30 weeks and I have been having frequent panic attacks. I was given zoloft but, I am not taking it due to personal and medical reasons. Anyone else had frequent panic spells and didn't make it full term because of it or was induced? I have an appointment Thursday and will be discussing other options besides medication.
