I need some insight on what this could be
So I have had the paraguard iud since April/18
3 days ago I couldn't feel the strings anymore and today I was cramping really bad. I'm ovulating today according to glow so idk what it could be. Could it be that the paraguard moved or ovulation or what?
Some one give me some help on this situation.
