Ripped Off?

So im 37 weeks pregnant and house cleaning has been a pain,our house is huge and hard to keep up with. We hired a cleaning service and I told them I wanted a deep clean,which cost is $400. She said if I sign up for a package of 24 house cleanings then the first initial deep spring clean will cost me only $159 (which is the cost of a normal clean) and then just normal house keeping from here on out. So the day of the clean 3 women showed up and cleaned for 4 hours. In the beginning they joked and asked why they were here,my house is already cleaned and organized but I needed the tubs/showers scrubbed,walls and doors wiped down,cubbards wiped down,baseboards windows and blinds....Well while they cleaned I ran errands and just as I pulled up they were leaving. I had a note stating they were done,when they will be back and a short survey for me.Upon a quick walkthrough I thought cool, things look good. Then later on I went to shower and noticed they only wiped down the class and shower fixtures. I took my wash cloth (added pic) and wiped the corners/trim with my foot and the amount of grime I got was alot! So,im thinking wow,I really need to go through and look. Today I noticed not one window was dusted or windex,not one door was wiped down and only a few cubbards doors had been wipped down🤔So I call them today and they say if I wanted these "extras" done I should imply that (which I did)...How are these services even considered extra when Im paying for a "deep clean" that would have initially cost me $400 if i didnt sign up for a package. I tell her how unhappy iam with their service and how she handled it. I also tell her that I would like to cancel the 24 other cleanings and go with another company if this is what they consider a deep clean.She says if I cancel then they will have to charge $250 too my card to pay for the deep clean that was done. Yall im livid, the house was cleaned but not what I would even consider a deep cleaning. They literally just did a basic house clean: vacuum,dust furniture,cleaned bathrooms and kitchen....Should I be this mad (or am i being hormonal) and how should I approach this? Here is the photo of my shower the day after,i know its super gross!
