What should I do?

My boyfriend is one year younger than me, I’m 20. Naturally since boys “mature slower than girls” I expect him to not always have the most mature responses. Recently I’ve noticed that when I bring up things he does that bother me, instead of listening he decides to mock me. Making up funny words that rhyme with whatever word I used last. I tried to talk to him about it and he just got angry very obviously and just had a deep look of irritation on his face. He has been like this our whole relationship and I have been dismissing it but now I’m done. Should I break up with him? He is showing me many signs that he is not mature enough for this and that he isn’t willing to see his part in things.. at least when he is being stubborn. I love him and have been with him for 2 1/2 years. Has anyone experienced this or something similar?
