Too early to get married?

My boyfriend and I have known each other for 9 months and have been dating for 7. We both are head over heals for each other and know that we will eventually be married. We just got a cat together and an apartment. We rarely fight and when we do its just little arguments. I'm 19 and he's 21 (we're young) but we're both extremely mature for our ages. Is it too soon for us to get married? Or at least engaged?
