What do you do when your baby doesn’t stop crying unless you’re holding her

I have 3 year old twins and a 10 week old. My 10 week old doesn’t stop crying unless I’m holding her and even if I am holding her/wearing her sometimes she still cries. It’s to the point that I’m trying to get dinner ready and she’s screaming and crying and I get stressed because I feel so bad leaving her to lay there and cry but I need to get my toddlers dinner. It’s also to the point that it’s so high stress when she’s crying that I end up yelling at my toddlers because they legit just don’t listen or hear anything I say when I talk to them the majority of the time. My 10 week old was crying so hard today because I tried to go to the bathroom that she was pretty much inconsolable and wouldn’t open her eyes because she was crying too hard.

What do I do? I ended up putting her in her swing and just letting her cry so that I could get dinner dished up for the twins. She cried so hard and eventually cried herself to sleep 😫
