My two year old was climbing up on one of the chairs (as usual) and just as I was about to tell her to get down and not climb she fell and hit her head really hard. She has a large knot on her forehead and cried for about 3-5 minutes after she fell but has been walking and talking and even singing since. The know is still there though. But she’s telling me she’s sleepy (which is also normal for this time of night, she always tells me when she’s tired/ sleepy) and I wasn’t sure if I should let her go to sleep or if I should take her to the ER? What do you all recommend?
