Should I be concerned

Not sure where to post this ladies

But throughout the years my menstrual cycle has changed..

I’m 24 years old and recently I only have my period for about two days MAYBE three and it’s very light sometimes only comes when I use the restroom. Is this normal???

Before my daughter I was super heavy, after her I was mild. I went in BC which completely stopped it. Got off of it in January got my first period about 4 months later and would last 3 days now recently since last month only two in a half days and only when I pee?

I’ve got std and other testing but idk if I should bring this up to my doctor?

Edit- I noticed now that I’ve been drinking tons of water this makes my period very light?? It’s strange but that’s what I’ve noticed. I drink about 4-5 water bottles a day.
