Lower backache is a bad sign in first trimester?

Someone told me before that Lower backache in first trimester is a bad sign n yes she was right cuz that pregnancy end to miscarriage. So I’m worried.

No not at all . My back hurt so bad with this baby . For weeks and it still hurts every now and then . I’m 24 weeks now .

I had lower back pain most of my first trimester. All is well now!

Lower back pain was a symptom in my first and second pregnancy. The first ended in a miscarriage but I’m almost out of my first trimester with this one and the doctor is confident everything is fine so I think it’s unrelated.
