Acne scars tips

This picture was taken at the 8-10 week mark of my pregnancy. I got acne BAD. I had it randomly when I was a teenager but never to this extent.

Luckily my 3rd trimester came & I got the glow, skin cleared up & I’m a few months pp & it’s still fine other than this scarring (I am just prone to deep scars, I did pick a few of my pimples but it seemed like any single one I got regardless of I even touched it left a deep scar)

Obviously I know about laser treatments but before I decide if that’s absolutely the only way to go I’d like options. I’ve seen those derma rollers with the little fine needles?

Any tips or advice?
