Help?
I had my twins a year ago. There is only 18 months between them and my oldest. I still have 0 sex drive. Sex doesn’t feel the same at all. I haven’t been able to climax either. I have no idea what to do. I am doing physical therapy for pelvic floor strength and to bring my abs back together. My poor husband is trying to be patient. I literally have no interest.
