Dumbass ex husband!

I share an almost 9 year old daughter with my ex husband. Out of her 9 years of life. He’s only been in it for 7. We have had shared 50/50 custody since 2015. And he’s also had supervised visitation since 2015. The last he saw our daughter was February 6 of this year for an entire hour before he got mad and left. We have a court ordered visitation schedule that states that his wife (who he’s divorcing because he cheated on her) is the supervisor two days a week. Once he left her he tried contacting me to see our daughter outside of our court order. Nope sorry not happening. Now he files against me last month asking for unsupervised visitation overnights every Friday evening to Sunday evening. What the fuck?! My daughter hasn’t asked once in the last year to see her father. Not ONCE! He randomly showed up to the YMCA over the summer where she does summer camp and texted me and told me that our daughter ran up to him asking why she wasn’t seeing him. Can you call bullshit? Now I have court next month and I’m asking for his visitation to continue being supervised but this time under his expense by the state and only one day a week. This is someone who doesn’t have a home because he’s living in his girlfriends house. Someone who doesn’t have a vehicle and works for a towing company so only drives a tow truck. Like how the fuck you going to ask for unsupervised overnights when you can’t handle our daughter that has ADHD And ODD! I could go on and on about him and just wish he would sign his fucking rights over!
