Postpartum depression ?

So we went for my baby’s 4 month appointment and he’s almost 5 months now. I had the normal questionnaire paper.

Well things have been really rough at home lots of stress, fights, so on..

My sister came with me to my son’s appointment because I wanted a bit of help when he gets his shots and there’s this question he asked in front of my sister (the doctor) about self harm and such and I kind of shrugged it off and lied saying I didn’t mean to (x) it because I didn’t want to talk to the doctor in front of my sister. She’s judge mental and doesn’t ever let anything go and I didn’t want it to go beyond the doctor me and my husband and well :/ I don’t really know what to do now :/
