FTM help!

So I know that the LO ate not supposed to equate feeding and sleep, however my 7 wks old will only fall asleep after BF. I’ve woken her up and put her in bouncer to. E upright, carried her, and she will miss naps and not sleep. If she does fall asleep on my lap after feeding I’m stuck on the rocker usually I give her 30-45 mins to ensure a nap but when I go to put her down she will wake up in a few mins afterward.

Just concerned. Don’t want bad habits how do I reorganize
