Fender bender/insurance questiin

First off I had no idea where to post this. I’ve just read on here a few people being in fender benders. I was in a fender bender with my mom 2 weeks ago, I didn’t report being hurt at the time of the accident so my name wasn’t put down on the police report. Well 2 hours later I decide to go to the doctor to have my baby checked I was 26 weeks at the time, I didn’t think about her auto insurance having to pay for my bills I thought my medical card would cover it. Now I’m being told by my doctors office they need the police report, her insurance info and all that which is not a problem other than it doesn’t show me being in the car on the police report. Does this matter? Will they still take tge police report and bill her insurance or does she have to have the police report fixed? My medical card was billed and denied it and I’m so worried that her insurance will deny it also. If I have to pay it I will but I don’t wnana lose my medical card if I pay out of pocket
