Questions regarding ADN(nursing)??

I have 9 month old and work full time? I’m trying to get my Associates degree in nursing before she is to old to remember me doing schooling and working. Is it possible for me to take my prerequisites online? I do work full time and care for my baby! I do have support, my husband and family. I know for nursing I do have to take prerequisites. I’m trying to go for RN not LPN! I already make close to what an LPN does doing medical billing and coding.

Yes it’s definitely possible. I would start off with just one class and see how you handle it with working and taking care of your family first and then adjust from there the next semester based on what you feel you can do. Good luck!

Yes I took my prerequisites and any other “extra” classes online before I started the Nursing courses. And even after you get your associates there are a lot of BSN and even MSN Programs you can do majority online. I’ll be pursuing my MSN! Good luck girl you can do it!

Yes you can take prerequisites online! Is there a Chamberlain University location near you? All of their prerequisites are offered online, with nursing classes on campus. However, it’s a bachelors degree (BSN). 
Whatever you choose, make sure the online classes are accredited and accepted by the nursing school you’re interested in. I would check and see if your local community college offers online classes. 👍🏻👍🏻
