Does this actually work?
So I’ve had lots of pressure down south and have been told to sit and/or bounce on a yoga ball. However, I’ve also been told bouncing an a back can also induce labor. I’m only 35+5 so I do not want that to happen! Is this true or just something said often that is far from the truth? I did try it and it does seem to help with the pressure. Especially bouncing! I’m very big on you need to make it to 40 weeks if you can though! That’s not an expectation date like some ladies make it out to be so I don’t want her to come sooner because I bounced on a damn ball 😅 What are your thoughts and experiences?
(I’m aware she can come sooner no matter what and that’s completely fine! I just don’t wanna be the reason I’d I don’t have to be!!)
