Postpartum workouts
I’m 7 months postpartum and just starting to work out and lose these last 10 lbs. I’m starting off REAL slow 😬😅 Is a 20 min workout in the morning and at night going to do anything? I thought I read somewhere that a workout doesn’t really count unless it’s like at least 40 minutes or something but I don’t have 40 solid minutes to work out. Any suggestions?
