Ovulating after miscarriage?

Question

I miscarried at 11 weeks. Had D&C on 29/4 though they said heartbeat had stopped a few days prior. Bleeding started on the 27/4 lightly then heavier on 28/4. 
I’ve been testing my LH with ovulation tests but lines don’t seem to be changing at all? It’s now been more than 3 weeks since D&C so wondering if I could have still ovulated without having positive test? Maybe due to hormones balancing out and HCG leaving my system? 
A few days ago I felt sharp pains in right side (ovary area) and also had EW CM.. so not sure. 
Would like to get feedback and others experiences so I can try and navigate what’s happening.

I didn’t ovulate after both my d&c’s. I had losses at 10 and 9 weeks. HCG was too high fir ovulation to occur. Once my cycle started again everything was ok.

Following, I’m wondering the same. I started bleeding 4/30 and had a d&c on 5/1. As of yesterday I was still getting the most unbelievably faint hcg tests, but still there. I did get a positive opk on 5/15, but everything I am reading suggests you can’t ovulate if you have enough hcg to get a positive test. I got right back to TTC once Inwas two weeks post-d&c, so I guess I’ll have my answer one way or another soon enough.

In the same boat. Has been 5 weeks since my d&e at 19 weeks (baby was 15 weeks when passed). Had a period 2 weeks later, but no ovulation yet. On cycle day 24. Assuming it won’t happen this month, doctor said it may take a while for my body to return to normal 😭. Have been testing for two weeks at least, almost no change over the last few weeks.
