Anxiety and depression

I’ve been going through depression lately and I’ve had several anxiety attacks. I have 2 daughters whom I love and who keep me going but I don’t have them on the weekends (with their dad) which makes my depression even worse. I have a bf whom I see on the weekends but we’ve been having issues lately and that, of course is making things worse. I’ve been trying to stay positive about our relationship but any little thing triggers my anxiety right now. Sometimes he puts my mind at ease, other times he gets upset when I tell him what’s making me upset and he thinks that I’m looking for a way out of the relationship, which I’m not. He doesn’t know about my depression nor anxiety. He was raised being ice cold and that these emotions aren’t valid. Which is why I haven’t talked to him about it, because he’ll just say I’m crazy. Don’t get me wrong, he’s been amazing, he takes me out somewhere nice far from where we live (at least an hour away) at least once on the weekend. I want to tell him so he can understand me better but idk how. How can I tell him without sounding “crazy?”

Also, I’ve had little to no motivation to do anything, I’m always tired and restless, I wake up often at night, I have no energy (not even to play with my daughters and it breaks my heart, although sometimes I make myself play with them or go outside), I have little patience, I want to start working out at home but I can’t get myself to do that, some days I eat ALOT other days I have no appetite.

What are some things that have worked for you? To get yourself moving again, to have energy and motivation? To stop over thinking and stop these anxiety attacks that get triggered easily? I can’t really talk to anyone that I trust. I do plan on going to therapy soon for this.
