Daycare advice

My little one started daycare this past Monday and as of yesterday she start running a low grade fever. She has never been sick before and doesn’t really act like she is sick. She isn’t teething, but she has been rubbing her ears a lot. Should I take her to go see her doctor just to make sure it isn’t an ear infection? Should I let it ride out for a few days? Is it most likely just the new exposure to so many people? Any advice is very much appreciated.
