Night shift

Anybody else have to work night shift sometimes and not get to see their baby? Boyfriend is out of town so my sister has our daughter this weekend while I work night shift. I saw her for about 10 mins this morning. I could stop by on my way in to work but she will have a meltdown if I leave again and she’s being so good for my sister. I just miss her. I HATE. Working night shift. I luckily don’t have to do it too often. Usually, it’s not this bad. I get to see her for about 10 mins in the AM and then for about an hour before I go in again but since she isn’t here it’s harder. Idk why night shift this so difficult. When I work days, I see her before I take her in to daycare and she’s in bed by the time I get home. It’s really no difference. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Mom guilt is dumb.
