Little background...my ex husband of 8 years filed for divorce oct 2. Finalized nov 10. Completely unexpected. Got really nasty, mainly on his end.

I’ve been confiding in a man (he’s 42) since this happened, and we have a friends with benefits relationship. Lately he has gotten more clingy and while I’m into him, he sent this the other night:

It’s just bizarre a little to me. We weren’t super close before all this and have only been confidants since October. I didn’t know what to say. Is this weird to anyone else?
