Getting sick of my business partner

I feel like she's really gotten stupid recently.

I was working on a proposal yesterday for a recurring client and I ask her if she has a retention rate report for them on the work we do. She just answers "300 or 400". This made ZERO sense in the correct context so I asked her what did she mean. She responds that she didn't understand what I meant... So why answer?!

Today I've spent almost all morning doing HER tasks. Her task board is a mess with old job cards that are completed.

She sends every little thing to me so manage even though she's also a manager so she can just as easily deal with them herself.

Everytime I ask her to do something she isn't 100% comfortable doing yet or just clearly doesn't want to do, she tells me "it's not working".

I don't know if I'm just moody with her because my period is coming or if she's just become complacent in her role and I'm left picking up the pieces.
