I really liked him and thought he liked me too, but I guess he doesn’t and now I’m seriously considering cutting off contact. Like, who asks someone that? Especially someone you KNOW likes you? I’m disgusted and I’m rethinking this whole thing. We aren’t dating, but I let him know I like him and now I feel like I wasted so much time and effort for that shit. I’m hurt and just... I wish someone gave back what I give.

Edit. We were talking about what I was into and then in a different convo (we have multiple conversations going on at once) I was showing him these wholesome memes that I send to my best friend when she’s upset. Then he asked what she liked and I thought he meant interests so I told him her hobbies and what kind of movies she likes and then he said he meant sexually. I told him I wasn’t telling him that and haven’t gotten a reply since. I cried after because I literally put so much effort into this thing between us and that’s what I get in return. And yes, he has expressed interest in me too so I’m just shocked and annoyed and angry.
