Social Media
Social media is not my thing. It gets confusing when it shouldn’t. Social media is definitely unrealistic. I know it’s people’s jobs to promote things but also wonder how can people promote waist trainers and diets when really they just got their body done. When I was younger I fell into the trap of Fit Tea and was so fixated on my weight in middle school. Now that I’m older I look back at photos and think “how did I think I was overweight !!??” I’m not saying making changes to your body is wrong. It’s your body. You do you. It’s just when people try to play it off as if it’s 100% natural and then promote these things. It’s not right to me.
