Why is seventh generation losing a lot of customers?

I’m seeing people posting themselves trashing their products and etc. Saying they won’t support them anymore. What’s going on? I buy some of their products regularly so I’m wondering what’s going on.

They also have been posting a lot of political views lately. Many people either don't espouse or support those views or don't appreciate a company taking a political stance.
