Daycare Alternatives

So my LO is almost 2 now, and unfortunately didn’t get to socialize much between COVID and baby number 2. We live in a very tiny town with limited people and options. DH and I are looking into daycares just to get LO out of the house and be in an environment where he can learn a little and be with other kids his age. It’s crazy expensive for the few hours twice a week that we are looking to put him there for! I understand there’s a reason for these coats but it may not be feasible for us and it’s pretty far. Does anyone have any ideas for alternatives where my LO can learn and play with other kids his age that’s not a daycare?
