How soon after you found out you were pregnant did you tell your partner?

I won’t see mine for a little under 2 months but ever since we decided we would try one day (like years ago) I had the perfect way to surprise him with the news. Is it unfair to wait that long to tell him? I also would just love to share that moment with him in person

Immediately. I don’t really agree with waiting months to tell the other parent. I get you think it’s cute and a gigantic surprise but I see it as withholding serious, life changing information. I might be the odd person out here but I wouldn’t like that.

13 dpo. And he found out immediately because I went running into his office (we both work from home) yelling “are there two lines?! Am I crazy?  Do you see two lines?!”

I am not in your situation so I might have done it differently but both times I told him immediately - either in person and shoving the test in his face or sending him a photo of the positive and calling him while he is at work.

1st: same day. 2nd: waited b/c it was a few days until Father’s Day and wanted to surprise him. 3rd: same day. We lost all 3 (2nd was chemical). I honestly will wait next time, and he (claims to be) ok with my choice. He said it’s our baby, but my body and I can include him when I feel comfortable. What about you OP?

Immediately. Threw the test at him and jokingly said “this is all your fault” 😂 But it was our 3rd, there’s less magic 3rd time around lol. 
With our first, it was the day before Father’s Day so I went out and bought a card and wrote that it was from the baby. I gave it to him at dinner that same day. With the second I made a scavenger hunt that ended in a positive test and onsie. Also that same day

First pregnancy, we found out together (I peed on the stick and we both waited for results), with our second, I took a test while he was on a plane (on purpose) and surprised him with a sign at the airport, and our third baby, same as first. Either way, I would never be able to hold in that kind of info 😅😭🎉
