I’m having trouble noticing my contractions

I’m a first time mom 40+1 and I can’t tell if I’m having real labor or not. Has anyone else experienced low pain contractions up until birth?

Due to a breech presentation I was admitted for an ECV and they put remote monitoring on my uterus and baby’s heart rate. I saw so many off the chart contractions that I didn’t feel at all.

Sometimes I’m just hanging out and I get them. But I can only tell if I’m hyper focused on when my uterus tightens up. If I’m doing anything else I don’t really notice them. I brushed this off as Braxton Hicks for so long but during my last check up they found I’m 90% effaced and 3cm dilated. Last night I lost my mucus plug so something is happening… I think.
