Help??

So I did oral sex on my fiancé yesterday and we hadn’t been physical since we don’t live together yet and he was rough with me. My throat hurt pretty bad last night and when I went to look this morning my throat was red and there were some bumps. Not white bumps. We have been together for 7 years and I know he’s clean. And it’s not strep cause it feels better than it did last night. Are those bumps in seeing like a friction burn or are they normal?
