I feel like my bf did this on purpose ….

I feel like he did it on purpose because it’s cinco de mayo & he probably wants to be out.

He told me he was coming straight after work before he left to work this morning so we can go eat. So I didn’t make dinner. Then after work he said imA hang out across the street @ top golf & I’ll be leaving in a hour. It was an hour & he tell me he feels bad that his coworkers uncle died . & then tells me he’s going to his family’s house really quick & he was going to go back to pick up our car. He left our car at his job is what he said so he is with his friend . This made zero sense to me why not just take our car to your coworkers family’s house then go straight home after that? Then said he (coworker) has to give his uncle his keys. Whaaaat? This makes zero sense??? So then I tell him like it sounds so weird why not just take our car then come home after ? & he said so he can carpool with him & cause his coworker was crying.. still doesn’t make sense to me. Then I tell him it makes zero sense & he sends me a pic of him in his coworkers car & then said we are going back to chill wtf . I honestly feel like he made this excuse to be out for cinco de mayo cause he knows I would of flipped off he was out. Then he tells me when he gets home I can get whatever I want to eat. It’s 7:40pm & still ain’t home & haven’t heard from him since I hung up the phone with him.. someone explain to me how any of this makes sense .

I understand he probably wants to be there for his coworker but why not just tell me? Instead of lying & beating around the bush .
