Sex problem can lead to marital problem

I vent here a lot about my marriage and in-laws lately. I’m 5.5months PP. Got my period last week and almost done. I wanna sex my husband so bad but we have no contraceptives but condom that we never tried. I feel ashame to my body after giving birth and he cannot also look at my body like he used too. I have a little one now and I love him so much but seems like spicy things change between me and my husband. I’m not the type of a wife that spice things up because we were usually spicy pre pregnancy. But now its gone and it’s sad. I’m sad and don’t know what to do. I feel like divorcing him.
