Scared

Should I be worried?

I’m meant to be 7 weeks tomorrow, got scanned at 5+6 and they couldn’t even see a sac or anything so I guess I was earlier than I thought.

My pregnancy started off with nearly two weeks of extreme heavy red bleeding, cramps, then nothing on the screen.

I did the stronger test last Wednesday, today’s is barley there. I’ve got more blood tests tomorrow but I’m in bits worrying. Want to just put it down to the hook effect but I know it’s rare - the tests were from the same packet
